Is Bitcoin Satoshi the Final Boss of LeetCode?

The Bitcoin Founder & Creator, Satoshi Nakamoto, has insane software engineering and programming skills. Take a quick read of his work from the original source code of Bitcoin in 2009; he wrote Bitcoin and the transaction self-verification system from scratch using C++. The dude is literally insane. I am convinced he is the GOAT, the best software engineer of all time. We are lucky to be living in the same generation as him. No one can beat him in Algorithms & Data Structures. Plus, he stayed anonymous the whole time, using every cautious step to mask his network trace, such as registering the website domain anonymously, sharing the Bitcoin Source Code through SourceForge, and exchanging emails without leaving a single trace from network protocols. Remember, this is 2009 where everything was so slow and laptops used to last only for an hour on battery. Anyways, thanks for coming to my TED Talk. #Bitcoin #LeetCode #DataStructures #Algorithms #Satoshi

Agree. Bitcoin has the potential to change the world.

idk about that. im just fanboying about his writing skills on software code more than anything.

We don’t know if it’s one person; could very easily be a team of devs

The code itself was not that good, SN just put together a working prototype. It needed heavy overhaul in the first few months. This is at least what devs who contributed early on (09-10) have said. It’s the design / consensus mechanics that was genius.

The way I see it you can make bitcoin work with no machine code. People have used hand written messages passed around in a conference room (see MIT Bitcoin lab) using simplified algos (so you can use a calculator to find nonces) and it works just fine. The magic sauce is in the game theory/math.. rather than Sw Eng, which must be maintained in perpetuity.. still much crap/dependencies in core client rn.

If you’re a dev it’s a big L not to contribute to bitcoin at some point. Go to GitHub and do something about the price 😂. If you can go full time even better, see Bitcoinerjobs.com ✌️
