Considering they had a massive LR in Aug 2020 during pandemic when most of the companies including Meta were growing, do you think most teams are safe from LR and the same kind of LR is not expected again? Heard somewhere that Cisco took proactive approach during that LR and instead of growing it cut down the budget.
