A large portion of their revenue (25% or so) is about to be wiped out by CFTC investigation. Is this the end for them? They claim prop trading (pyramid scam) payouts is only 1% of their “ARR” but this is quite easily disproven. They’re also under investigation for employment misclassification in California. Not great for a company that sells itself as helping with compliance. Idk if it’s the end but this has got to be a huge hit. It will be interesting to see how they tell their investors they were ignoring money laundering laws

It's like a payroll provider thingy that operates in many countries. Remote companies can use it to hire you as a foreign worker while still meeting all local labour laws. You'll technically be hired under Deel, while working for the remote company.
