I have purchased for a bit of Facebook ($100k) only. I feel the stock will go back up.
Mossad - I think this why investing in individual stocks is hard. You are taking a bit of gamble every time on the basis of what you believe will happen
Invested $100k ONLY!!!??? Wow!
I think the stock went down based on fear that will not materialize into a large financial impact
it’s not fear. good will damage is the term, and it’s a thing.
I expect their problems are just beginning. But I hold no position in FB and am not a pro investor. My reasoning is what is going on with them in the UK, combined with the fact that they have pointedly not addressed the "we'll let you break the rules because we're on your side" statement they supposedly made to a political campaign in the US. I expect increasing regulation globally that will reduce investor confidence.
I don’t feel like they have an answer on how to prevent this. If the next election, FB continues to be a propaganda platform, I can’t imagine that they can fly with “trust us, we will police ourselves”. Zuckerberg comments about trying to understand what happened was BS. He knew full well what happened. He made those decisions. With GDPR and more regulation coming, I don’t believe FB can be in the same trajectory.
Troll!!

How big are the balls of Google to lay off thousands and then do 70 BILLION in stock buyback?
No wait till it will go down to 130 after quarterly results.
Because it missed results so often in the past :)
Facebook seems pretty saturated and the gradual decline is probs coming in terms of popularity. Kids are fickle with social media trends ;)
