Is Meta targeting Data Engineers in the next round of layoffs?
I heard rumors that Data Engineers will be heavily targeted for 25% cuts. Does anyone know if this is true?

Probably a lot of those DE’s are mostly SQL. I’d be shocked if they let go ML Hadoop or Spark DE’s…then be freaking out.
Do both those DEs have the same title? Seems confusing
Some might be called Data Ninjas or Samurai’s. Maybe Data Jedi Masters. They are all Sith anyway. It’s a title. I’ve never seen any company have the same exact responsibility as the title.
