2 bed 2 bath townhouses going for around 860k near great mall ?? How high can this go ??
That’s a lot of money to smell trash 24/7
Or fucking cat piss in that Airbnb I stayed at when I was scouting CA
Doesn’t sound like a Milpitas specific issue
Depends, it's worth what a buyer is willing to pay.
Milpitas is worse than the Bronx
No one wanted to stay in Milpitas before 2009.. now since other surrounding market jumped big time, ppl wants to pay millions to stay near trash..
Last time I checked few weeks ago, it was little more than a million for a newly constructed townhome 🏠 😭
No smell in good parts.. also it's the best accessible to tons of highways .. wanna stay closer to work and highways welcome to Milpitas
Also hello BART!
Milpitas is better accessible than East Bay
Especially with BART coming in
Fundamentals are strong near great mall area where the bart is
I guess you just bought home in milpitas have been updating milpitas real estate thread 😂😂😂
I bought one year back and realized around 100k appreciation. I was also frustrated by bidding wars before that. I found real estate posts on blind today, so just shared my experience.

Why doesn't OpenAI offshore and reduce expense by 80%
1 mil in 2 years. Mark my words.
Your comment excites me, please elaborate on your reasoning though? :)
Wait until the milpitas Bart opens and all the commercial and residential units around it. It’s a no brainer unless there is a big slump in the economy
