Is Msft the only company in big tech to not have merit increases this year?
As the title says, is Microsoft the only company in big tech to not offer employees merit increases this year? I know Microsoft is typically more frugal than other companies like Apple, Meta, Google, Amazon, etc. However, the lack of raises this year has made me extremely disappointed and unhappy with the company. What has the rewards situation been like elsewhere this year? Is it time for me to VWYF? This market sucks. TC: $170k

Amazon too. I was TT this year (2 years back to back) and my compensation dropped by 6k. I wasn’t even the highest in my band.
