How the fuck do you not tell investors that your brief sales bump came from crypto miners and it's not sustainable in the long run in a way they understand it? This is the shit you tell investors early and often to temper their expectations so they don't get carried away. In any case people should have known better than to expect an old school semiconductor company to suddenly become cool. You don't suddenly teach a Hardware dog new tricks.

Nvidia makes great products and is a leader in its growing field. Who the f√ck cares if some wall street analyst thinks its stock is faang level or not? And btw, not everything is cryptocrap or AI. Gaming and supercomputing are here to stay.

The big players are creating their own specialized hardware ex TPUs. If more companies follow this, NVIDIA is screwed.
Microsoft is working on brainwave and I know amazon is up to something as well. Although gaming and small scale NN training is still quite lucrative for Nvidia.
