I have been thinking about building an application which I need certainly for web first then mobile. Looking for the pros and cons.
Depends on if your company have the $$$ to hire real mobile devs. I’ve seen plenty of instances where you build a prototype with React native then slowly replace it with native after it gains traction.

Yes. If you have react skills, then it's the best. You can also look at Flutter it is gaining a lot of hype for hybrid app dev. Ionic is also another option
