Is The Home Depot actually hiring?
I have a question. For the past couple of months, I’ve seen Home Depot post an Associate PM role many times. I applied for position with a referral in June, but I have never heard back. Is The Home Depot actually hiring for an APM? It’s kind of disheartening to apply for a position that is constantly reposted, but you still haven’t received any correspondence for. Can anyone let me know what’s going on? Any suggestions?
They are still in a hiring freeze, may need to be posted for internal reorgs

Yeah a lot of companies do this. Even if they've already picked the person internally (wink wink), still required to post it publicly to satisfy some (obviously) BS fairness requirement.

Yeah they had several PM roles posted over the past ~6 months or so. Maybe they're all phantom listings..

I've had the same experience with their senior PM roles. I have an engineer friend working at Home Depot who asked a recruiter if they got my resume and they said it looked great but there weren't any open roles. This despite four senior PM roles on their careers site.
Insane. Maybe they mistakenly thought that LinkedIn was their internal job board 🤷🏾♀️
I am even applying to a normal SE role and cant even get a response. I am sure there is no shortage of applicants for their remote roles though.
My local home depot seems to have "hiring" notice on the door though
