Is Uber/Lyft/DoorDash non-tech manager salary able to reach TC 250k?
I'm in the final rounds with Uber for an L5 non-tech manager position (accounting/finance/legal) and believe negotiation will come soon. Is 250k TC in SF doable for a non-tech manager role? #uber #lyft #doordash

Hard to negotiate with Uber. They are strict as they need to maintain pay equity.

At director level DoorDash is $180-200k cash, same again in equity over four years
So non-tech director makes 250k? That seems low. 200k salary and 50k a year in equity?
