I’ve yet to see a bank Failure or see a finTech company take over a bank and it’s assets in the 10 years fintech became a thing. From my perch all I see is a lot of VC money getting burned and banks picking up the best of the best for a premium rather than pissing away money on research and development. I could be completely wrong but who knows. Thoughts from the fintech community? https://www.cnbc.com/2018/08/28/jp-morgan-hired-a-top-google-executive-for-wall-streets-hottest-area.html
Give us 5 years. ⏳
You’ve had 10 and the hype is dying off. Reality setting in. I’ll give fintech 20.
😂
I wonder what his TC at Google was and how much JP Morgan offered him.
JP hires a lot of people from top tech companies. They also always partner with them in terms of improving JP's infrastructure/platform. This is nothing new.
