Is blind blocked for Palo Alto Networks ?
Asking for a friend . My friend tried creating a blind account using his Palo Alto networks work email but never got any code sent to his work email. He checked his spam folder also . Does Palo Alto Networks block blind ? People who work for Palo Alto networks how did you create your blind account ?

Did he try recently? I’ve noticed a lot of emails getting caught as spam since there was a switch in services.

I highly doubt blind would be intentionally blocked . We recently switched from Microsoft email to Gmail, maybe has something to do with it.

If the person you’re asking for works for PANW. They will know exactly what the summary email is.

It seems at PANW all external mails don’t come through( even not to spam folder) 🙂 Is that true ?
It came through fine for me. I checked my spam notification because it’s a catch all for tons of emails. It wasn’t like it was intentionally blocked.
