Is it difficult to get call for program/product manager roles in amazon

Hi, I am desperately looking for job in Seattle area and currently on H1b. I wanted to know if its difficult to get call for pm positions at amazon. I had given one interview last year for sr product manager but could not make it to onsite. I checked all senior product managers are mba. I have MIS degree. I now i realized I will be good for program manager roles. Can anyone help if you know any team who is actively hiring?
