Is it possible to get a 50% TC rise by internal transfer in Cisco?

Got a low ball joining Cisco 7 yrs ago and now finally obtained my greencard.. To make it worse, WLB in this BU is not as good as others....Is it possible to do an internal transfer to get a reasonably decent TC rise ? My son is going to elemetary school now so wlb is relatively important also..
