Recently I got in touch with a SW manager from Amazon devices (Alexa) via LinkedIn and he DMed me if I'm interested for an interview with Amazon. My understanding is the Alexa team works on low level programming(like embedded C/C++ in which I have good grasp) and they require different types of skillset than knowing to solve the leetcode problems. So I'm wondering if the interview pattern is somewhat different for this role than other SWE in amazon. YOE: 2.5 TC: 120K cad #software #swe
If you will work on the Echo device then you may need C++. Alexa is a digital assistant built in the cloud. Alexa and Echo are different things.
A friend told me even Nina Rolle had to LC to get the job.
Yes, you need to be the "right" ďėmöģŕåphić.
