Is recruiter genuine?
Apple recruiter says below: Feedback is positive but Our leadership is currently in the process of evaluating our broader product roadmap for the company and we are waiting to hear back on which roles are being prioritized. What to do next? Move on or follow up in a week? It’s been almost a month
At OP, 1000s of employees work for each of the companies in FANG so you shouldn't worry too much about naming the company. In fact, naming the company would most likely work as an advantage for you.

I still don't see which FANG
I got a similar feedback (diff role) after a verbal offer and comp discussion. The recruiter clarified two weeks later that hiring date for my role was moved out 4 months. With a FANG and for a engineering/product position they can always find a role for you in another group.
Was it with Apple? When?
Wow, i got that same speech from an apple recruiter a couple days ago. I was under the impression they just needed a few more days to figure it out
I never thought it will take a month. Let’s see what happens next.
