I'm a potential Amazon boomerang and know there is a 6 (six) month policy that I wouldn't need an interview to come back. I'm just under my 8 month mark and had a good conversation with a hiring manager. He said there is also an 8 month policy thing... Has anyone heard about that? If you're a hiring manager yourself, would you spend 5mins of your day looking up the Amazon wiki? I promise to pay forward any helpful info. Thanks!
Do boomerang get to negotiate comp?
I'll find out and let you know if it works out
What did you find out?
Why r u leaving? Due to stock dip?
Not necessarily leaving. I love my job and team. All depends if the new manager is better than current
