I want to read real news every morning? What do you people read? I’ve tried wsj, bloomberg, yahoo finance, etc. all garbage
BBC? Al Jazeera? Each will have its own. Try Fox and Breitbart if you want the other side I won’t blame you
Al jazeera might be worth a shot. Haven’t heard of breitbart Do you read BBC?
> Haven’t heard of breitbart God bless your soul
WSJ is left of center
So they are leftist now?
Reuters
Interesting. Is that what you read?
I settled on WSJ. The Op Eds can be more political, but otherwise I finds its straightforward business oriented news. Good quality as well.
In the US, PBS News Hour is as neutral as I've found. It's video and audio.
Is it subscription based?
No, PBS is publicly funded. Combo of individual donors and governmental funds.
Check out Semafor. They have a website where you can browse news, as well as several newsletters that you can sign up for. I don’t know that any news outlet is truly neutral, but I’d say they get pretty close.
Thank you! So it’s a news agg?
You can try a smaller news agg… a bunch of WSJ execs left and founded Semafor, which is pretty neutral. Ground news is a decent agg that gives you tools to customize your feed based on article leaning, bias, etc
Thanks! So both semafor and ground news are news aggs?
Semafor is an agg and has original reporting, ground is an agg
https://ground.news will show you news from both sides
The Economist is one of the only reputable, objective news sources left.

WSJ is actually the most neutral. Surprised you think otherwise
It’s very free market as you might imagine lol
I think for wsj I didn’t find any value in their articles. It was all unimportant and unimpressive. This was 2 years ago though. Are they worth the shot again?
