I donโt know to be honest. I suggest the following: 1- try to speak with people from that firm that are alumni of the same school. Say, hey I am interested in joining but I wanted your thoughts of someone of my experience, how much should I get 2- Speak with your schoolโs career center. They might have info 3- Glassdoor 4-Always negotiate always! They will love you more as it shows that you can take on business.
