Try to negotiate. If you donโ€™t have anything else lined up and you love what the team/firm does, go for it

How much more should I ask? 10-20%? Is there a possibility they will rescind the offer? I was hesitant to negotiate since it's my first job out of school

I donโ€™t know to be honest. I suggest the following: 1- try to speak with people from that firm that are alumni of the same school. Say, hey I am interested in joining but I wanted your thoughts of someone of my experience, how much should I get 2- Speak with your schoolโ€™s career center. They might have info 3- Glassdoor 4-Always negotiate always! They will love you more as it shows that you can take on business. Try to say I had 70k in mind (for example and be prepared to back it up), is there a way to match it? Inflation can be a good reason to get the pay 2-3k more. Good luck.
