Permanent WFH would also mean the same for companies. People working multiple jobs, doing side business, and whatnot..

Tbh going to the office is not bad it’s mainly the team and lack of teamwork that makes going to the office shitty. If you don’t have a team culture you just go to the office just to sit but if you have a good team it’s more interactive.
Why would I trade my quiet private office at home for open hellspace. Throw in an hour commute each way and besides the rare occasion I don’t know why anyone would go back
