Ever since ChatGPT and bard have been available. I have been using them to learn about things (for example, what is 401k, what happened in the world war 2, how to write a particular java code, etc) which has completely finished how much time I spend on websites like Wikipedia, stack overflow and investopedia, etc. But I continue to use google for buying flights, hotel, insurance, etc. If a lot of people do as I do then google would be fine, but these blog writing posts would become obsolete. Ain’t nobody going to read long paragraphs to find the answer when AI could tell it to me in one line. Seems like in the future, only opinion blogs would survive or there would be restrictions on how AI can use some blog’s contents. TC-220k
Only if you can trust that one line. I still Google to confirm the answer.
Not only does ChatGPT summarize the blog post, but it does it without you getting to show ads to the user. Blogs exploded when Adsense monetized creating text content online. Without the money there is less reason to have a blog. ChatGPT is going to reshape what is online.
Google also needs to worry. Cos this Bard thingy is not as good as chatGPT.
Ever since ChatGPT and bard lololollll. Bard is a footnote in the encyclopedia that is ChatGPT.
People aren't going to be entertained by AI generated content. At least not for a very long time. Besides, the lawyers aren't going to sit by and not try to file lawsuits on behalf of copyright holders.
Just pray the info it tells you is correct
