The H1B program is designed to bring skilled foreign workers to fill gaps in the U.S. job market has unfortunately become a breeding ground for abuse and exploitation. It's disheartening to see how certain individuals and companies have taken advantage of this program, perpetuating unfair practices that harm both American workers and the integrity of the employment system. One of the most alarming issues is the prevalence of individuals from certain countries falsifying resumes to secure positions they may not be qualified for. This not only undermines the trust within the workplace but also deprives genuinely skilled workers, both foreign and domestic, of opportunities they deserve. Furthermore, reports of companies selectively hiring individuals from specific communities while discriminating against others are deeply concerned. This blatant discrimination goes against the principles of equality and fairness that should guide employment practices. Instances where American workers are unjustly fired under the pretext of underperformance, only to be replaced by H1B visa holders, highlight the exploitative nature of the program. Such practices not only harm individuals but also erode trust between employees and employers. The issue is further compounded by the credibility of some educational institutions that grant degrees without ensuring the quality of education. Graduates from these institutions may lack the necessary skills and knowledge required for their jobs, posing risks to workplace efficiency and safety. Moreover, the phenomenon of H1B visa holders taking on multiple jobs remotely, sometimes even illegally while on a visa, exacerbates the problem. This not only undermines the intent of the program but also puts additional strain on American workers who are already struggling to find employment. It's imperative that we address these issues and enact reforms to ensure that the H1B program serves its intended purpose without enabling exploitation and unfair practices. Transparency, accountability, and enforcement of regulations are crucial in safeguarding the interests of both American workers and legitimate H1B visa holders. By raising awareness and advocating for change, we can strive towards a more equitable and just employment system that benefits everyone, regardless of nationality or background.
Lol way to use ChatGPT to write your post
They didn't actually write it. If they can't even be bothered to write it themselves, why should we care about the content?
Border crossing is ok?
Two wrongs dont make a right.
If you get fired and a guy with a fake resume gets your job and is able to do it without getting fired for 6+ years, then you’re the problem and not h1b. Time to go back to the drawing board > improve your skills and abilities and then apply for jobs. If you’re a citizen the sky is the limit for you.
It's incredibly challenging to compete against someone with fake credentials when you're completely genuine. This fundamental truth should be understood by anyone resorting to falsifying their resume.
Don’t matter. Once you have a job, you try and coast. There are more political conversations than real work. Getting 5 tools that all do the same thing, just because two people don’t like talking to each other? No service now… no no.. os ticket… no no. No no jira. No no… asana. No no… let’s build our own. What do want to to do? We want to make our employees more productive. Join the user behavior analytic section of your security team… and come up with an idea to guide productivity by race… and then work with HR to get those categorized by visa workers and legal to sign off. I think you’ll be surprised by the results.
Go complain to your congressman/congresswoman, instead of making yet another weekly “F*ck H1b’s” post.
Lol, only if you know how many letters I have written , unfortunately ,no one will listen to a different ruler in the castle.
Then your elected leaders don’t care, no matter who you elect, it’s that simple. You Yanks love revolution, maybe go start a new one.
Well well well 100%
“By raising awareness and advocating for change” here isn’t going to get you anything.
Oh please. Let them live in their Revolution. Everyone has the right to believe their bubble is the biggest.

Oh… don’t die. Who will make America great again? For the record. I think he’s a good person. Business man does, as the business requires. Which is debatable. But so is every thing. 😂

It's better than fake resumes, proxy interviews, someone else showing up that one interviewed.
Killing fellow humans just because “we don’t like the way you think” is a great cover for “hey we do that because you fake you’re resumes, and infiltrate our broken system” you make me laugh daddy. 😂
