Engineering is a tough job. We spend a lot of time in front of our computers frowning and yelling at it. If we are chasing promotions or recently landed a new role, we spend even more time sitting and thinking. Imagine that your stress levels at work have been high. You haven't found the time or the bandwidth to prioritize healthy eating, socializing, working out. You've gained a bunch of weight, your face and energy levels have aged exponentially in 3 years more than ever before etc etc. A bunch of thing anout your physicality are not right. Now be it man or woman, how do you step into the dating world. You want to date, you want make time to date and be healthy again in your very stressful schedule. But you aren't going to suddenly look like you've been hiking and running consistently. It'll take time. How do you deal with the insecurities, body image issues, lost opportunity coz you weren't your best looking etc. Would you stay home and grind it out in the kitchen and gym and then proceed? Would your approach be different were you a man or woman or non-binary? #dating #marriage #relationships
I have this dating app idea where swipe people left or right based on their interests and life philosophies. Pictures are shared only when you match if both sides want to. I am more attracted conversations than looks. May be it’s just me. So OP, if my app were to click. You date based on personality.
The best way to loose weight is diet and intermittent fasting. Eat only salads and protein rich food in set time interval. Invest in a personal trainer, dermatologist (yes even for men) , make exercise a part of your daily routine. Use standing desk and walker while working. Get fit first , rest everything will follow on its own.
Just start walking a mile a day after your meals. It's surprisingly enjoyable
The only way I can do is by leaving my job.
