2-3 yrs? Nah with the way things are rebounding I’m expecting a full recovery by next summer travel season Yes travel rebound is off the roof since august. Flights are reaching maximum capacity and sold out. More routes are being added. Don’t wait this out. I flew recently and there were no empty seats left and the airport looked as packed than a regular day pre covid I’m buying more on Monday. I also recommend buying some hotels and Airbnb when it Ipos at a 50% discount

Made my own ETF buying LUV and DAL individually. Not a fan of JETS because it includes some smaller airlines which are getting clobbered and dont have the financial moat nor government support like the big boys to make it through. Even out of the big boys AAL is very leveraged for me to buy. LUV is the best run ship and DAL has the best balance sheet along with no 737 MAX in fleet (whole another fiasco preceding the pandemic)
LUV and DAL also have the least upside. If you want to maximize gains go for the riskier ones. Demand is skyrocketing back At this point. The thought of airlines going bankrupt was in March. We’re in September. Economy has changed
All big airlines will go up together. LUV is the highest JETS holding anyway
