Has anyone interviewed or extended an offer from Deloitte digital

Have a friend who just left, didn’t hate it but felt like he didn’t have any work worth showing because he was mostly on short term projects where he never got to experience the full product cycle. Also ended up focused more on visuals than UX.

A lot of these consulting companies’ digital practices run in agile. Need to done a full product design in 2-3months. Even though they call agile… clients want most of the features in phase1. A lot of work needs to be done every project. I think it is good for putting the name in your resume but just because you don’t get full cycle and iterate design with data, it is very hard to transition your career path to a product company.
