Never met a scrum master at Capital One with any value add, might as well take the salary from that head count and give it to your software engineers so they stop getting poached by Amazon
It’s unreal they get paid to run a meeting, ask how many points a jira should have, and chase people to close jiras
The titles are funny too, at JPMC I have seen the scrum of scrum masters. I can’t stop laughing every time I hear that title.
