Hey OP, promotion time depends entirely on your team. I expect you coming from Tier 1 college as GS only recruit from Tier 1. If your team is filled with tier 2 college grads with very high yoe, it might be difficult for your promotions as your peers have upper hand with high yoe. Yoe plays significant part in JPM promotions.
