Chase rewards is hiring for a Java lead role. I’m a product owner in the group. It’s vp level so TC is likely around 150-180 +bonus. Role is based in Chicago and you will need to be in Chicago office 3 days a week. Job posting linked below. Did you mean 250-280?
You guys are going to have to settle for the lower end of the spectrum for experience. If people have 5 years experience at C1 they will be at SA or PA and making that amount or just under. No one at lead level at C1 will take this position.
Making that as an entry level in c1 lol jpmc is trippin
Yeah, I have a tough time seeing how this would work. Maybe JPMC has no intention of hiring C1 people at this particular level. I know for other more senior levels they pay better than C1.
VP only makes 150 to 180 with bonus? That sucks. I made more than that last year and I'm not even a senior engineer yet
Big tech
Wow 150k with the bonus of having tracking software? Sign me up
What percentage bonus are vp's eligible for at jpmorgan?
Up to 20%
I will never understand the disparate salary bands between tech and non-tech companies. This is like entry-level college hire pay at Amazon, and Amazon will hire anyone with a pulse.
And PIP anyone
Only PIP 6%
VP-level at a bank...
Just a fancy way of saying Software engineer.
Lol, OP is trying to help people and everyone is bashing JPMC for pay.
I do not understand Finance industry. VP is basically a tech lead
Yh we’re extra lol
