What is the average VP starting salary and bonus at JPM, specifically CIB in NYC.
So basically equal to what a finance manager at amazon makes 😂
Does Amazon has RSU? I thought tech firms using RSU to retain people
Everyone is a VP at a bank after 4 years of experience
I am currently an associate and was in track to be promoted to VP in Jan, but was told a few weeks ago that no one in my group will he getting promoted due to potential relocation from NYC to Plano TX. I’m trying to see how close or how far from VP salary and bonus I will be once new comp is given in Jan.
Except not true.
It's 150k + 20-50k bonus
Better than apple
I was a VP in Global Cyber and they offered me 140k and 20k bonus but I got a better offer at BoA where they offered me 175k and 40k instead ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ JPMC HR is known for lowballing and shorting their people, I would find another job if you can especially if they are moving you to bum fuck nowhere texas
Good for you! My role isn’t definately going to Plano. It’s a maybe at this point. Won’t know for sure until sometime next year. In any case, I will collect my (hopefully) raise and bonus in January and will then start looking for a new job. Just in case.
Peanuts. Banks suck. Starting (minimum) base may be around 150K. Bonus could always be zero even if it’s mentioned in the offer letter , as it’s most often discretionary
I figured about 150K. Assuming they do give a bonus, what numbers are we looking at?
150k would be the minimum, base can go up to 175-200K. Bonus depends on group, from 0k-50K or in the ball park
