You have to qualify for top tier status before you can get upgraded. All the upgrades are usually taken by people with better stats.

@Op, do you have spared time for the your current role? You may want to consider side gigs, that can scale easily but relatively passive as opposed to a new role (new learning and considerable time to build trust).
Go for it, it’s totally worth it. I set the goal for 1M and it’s been awesome
