I have got an offer from Flipkart for sde 1. The base is 21.5 lakhs, stock is 44 units(8300 usd)Joining bonus is 2 lakhs. I have 2 years experience.. I also have an offer from Microsoft for sde 2.Base is 23 lakhs. Stock is 25k Usd. Joining bonus is 2 lakhs. Is it a low ball. And which is better Flipkart/microsoft
But with 2 years exp you could have applied for sde 2 right ?

I think it's a good offer. From what I see SDE2 band starts from ~23. IMO this is slightly higher than a normal SDE1. Do let us know about MS offered TC.

Join MSFT. In Flipkart, your growth will be slower and will take another 2 years to become sde-2.
