Just got a job offer (Tech Consultant) from Accenture and the pay isn't bad either, but some people online said that Accenture is a bad company to work. Can someone who have or currently working at Accenture confirm or deny? #tech TC:130K
What’s the pay?
What is the pay? Good if you just need a job
Great to have 2-3 yrs at beginning of career on your resume. 130 in hcol is about right. Long run? Prob not the place to be but those that fit the style can make bank.
It’s okay, not the best not the worst. Do not stay for too long
They work you hard. If you are willing to work 60+ hours a week while traveling 200 days a year, then more power to you.
Accenture pays 130k for a beginner?
Where in accenture? Technology? Or consulting? At what level you are ?

I will spare you this time, but add more details to your question, also TC
Thank you kind sir, TC is $130K. I'm not really looking for something specific, just want to know if it's a great place to work or not.
It can be good, but for the most part tech consulting primarily on the commercial side tends to have bad wlb. If you can try to switch to federal.
