Noticed a large amount of new positions across @Microsoft in the last two weeks. CSA, software dev, customer success, everything Is it due to unfreeze of jobs? Mass exodus because of offshore fears? Or are things turning around at @microsoft?
Most of the senior software engineer positions are tagged as remote. Are those real?
Relocation budgets are really tight. So yes.
Budgets have loosened a bit and headcount is being approved. Stock is flying high and the SLT is partying.
Different product lines/orgs/teams have capability to hire depending on business need. No exodus. Things are getting better.
