Apple, a company run by grown-ups that never did (large scale) layoffs. Has also won capitalism and one of the strongest product ecosystems in the world. On the other hand, it's thanks to Meta that we enjoy these high TCs today. As they didn't join the big-tech salary mafia in the early 2010s. Google for consistently paying top-dollar and being employee friendly. Still, their corporate culture hasn't yielded many new, successful products in the past decade and they're mostly coasting on past fame.
Only 1 of them didn’t do layoffs
