Job security at Meta
Does anyone know about job security at Meta? I just happened to have many connections on Linkedin who worked for Meta and left after just one year. Most were even before last year layoffs. #meta #jobsecurity

I don't think people actually get fired that easily, but you're always on edge because of PSC. There's too much emphasis on impact and your performance evaluation. With that in combination with the recent layoffs, at least personally, I've never felt safe working here.

yoyo40 Oct 11, 2023Avg tenure is under 2 years even before layoffs. They pay great but it’s not always a great place to work. Depends on how well you navigate the environment. The tolls are pretty great though
No personal experience, but I hear there is very little job security there
