I am on OPT and am changing jobs. Can I take a 3 weeks break between the transition and have vacation outside US?
Sure just remember you can only be unemployed for total of 90days in OPT. Bring your I20, EAD, offer letter from new company with you.
What if I accept the job but put the start date a month later. Do I still need to bring my offer letter?
Yes it’s just in case they ask you why ur back if no job offer.
