So I want to know the correct salary range for a director on business side of the house for Consumer Health. Whatever you can share with me, that will be appreciated. D1 is Director and D2 is Senior Director
Also , please tell me that 130-260s range, is it base pay or TOtal compensation ?
I'm guessing that is base. 130k seems really low for Director TC in big pharma.

This information is couple of years old but if you’re not in R&D, the band is 130 on the low 190mid and 260 high. D1s have 25% as target bonus and 25% LTI(vesting 100% after 3yrs) they all but guaranteed to get from what I have seen. Apart from this data being little dated, consumer is separating out of JJ so the bands may be differently structured for the sector.
I have another quick question. Is the 130-260 range that you shared only for for base pay or does it include base pay, bonus and RSUs as well.
I have negotiation going on with the recruiter so any insight / input that you can share will be appreciated !!
