Join Splunk for 520k or try a good company
I attended interview with Splunk for experience and ended up getting a good offer, 520k which is a significant bump in my TC. I don’t know much about Splunk but not many positive reviews at least in blind from folks in Splunk and their stock/performance doesn’t seem promising, maybe I am wrong. Do you recommend joining Splunk or try for some good companies which has good future? TC: 340k YOE; 12

Pretty solid offer for P5. Take it. Splunk has taken a massive reputation hit recently. Haven't shipped anything valuable for last 5 years.
Makes sense. I was scared by seeing so many negative comments from Splunk folks in Blind. Do you think Splunk has a good future or is it a sinking ship?
Also, how are the yearly refreshers in Splunk? Is it very rare or common? Do you know how much P5 gets usually?
