Joining Samsung SRIB was the biggest mistake of my life

This is the worst place to work at. They promise a lot during interviews, but after you join you will know the true face. Full of low class shit politics, even group heads and part heads involve in very low level politics. Micromanagement here is rampant. Every small thing your manager wants to know. Promotion not based on hardwork or merit. You will loose your mental peace working in such toxic environment with manipulative bosses. Please be aware of these. If you have an option to go elsewhere, just go there, you will do far better in your life. This place is even worst than consulting companies. They say they are RnD, but most work is maintenance. Patent filing is a joke, managers steal your ideas. All this happens in places where work in AI, vision, etc is happening.
