Jr. Developer@IBM(84k) -> Senior Tech Consultant@Deloitte(111k) I am aiming for specializing in back-end heavy software engineering, would I be shooting myself in the foot for making the switch? Some caveats, I have only been at IBM for 5 months. At Deloitte I would be doing full-stack work like IBM but also training and parametrize chatbots and be dealing with spreadsheets.
