Been working for a small company for 11 years now. I'm worked my way up to Human Resources Manager. Zero experience with any Enterprise software though. I actually built the Access Application we use myself. After that I built the CRM database as well. I even did some work to streamline our billing and reconciliation process. Hell, I even took on MS Teams and SharePoint administrator during the pandemic to facilitate work from home (which we never had prior). I recently relocated and know I'm underpaid so I've started putting in apps, but I've only landed two interviews. Both made it to the final stage, and both lost out to candidates with experience recruiting Drs and RNs. Should I be tempering my expectations and look for specialist/analyst roles? Work towards my SHRM? TC: 72K
