KPMG Salary Increases?
I’ve heard PwC and other Big 4 have had salary increases likely due to the high inflation this year. I started this past Summer and am wondering if anybody in the company has heard if KPMG will be doing the same? Kinda hurts when my compensation has lost nearly 7% of its value since I signed my offer. TC: 70k in HCOL :(

Just the VHCOL, I know that kpmg sf and nyc received raises.

I work in SV which is right next to SF and also VHCOL. No raises for us either :/
Do 1 year and bounce to another Big 4. They love fighting over people coming from other Big 4s. Had recruiters from competitors after me the day I started at one.
