How are benchling interviews?
I have interviews coming up for it, the recruiter told me the algo/data structures phone screen is not that algorithmically complex but I wanted to know from other people's experiences. How's the difficulty of interviews? Both phone screen and onsite? This is for mid level. TC: 185k

I interviewed for new grad position and it was pretty fun. Lot of mind bending stuff. Gotta be quick with the algo/ds knowledge. Some architecture and design stuff. Mind bending for me but I got through it
