Kaiser insurance or Aetna for expectant moms?

It's insurance open enrollment and I am debating between the Kaiser and Aetna plans. Both have similar copays and no deductible. I am slightly leaning towards Kaiser as they offer a good program for expectant moms and offer free classes for pregnant mothers.
