Keepers Test at Netflix vs PIP at Amazon
I am a new grad and I was curious to what are the key differences between keeper test and pip. I have seen some folks seeing keeper test in a positive sense. Would love to know what blind thinks on this. TC: 205k YOE: < 1 year #netflix #amazon #tech

The difference is one company recognizes they hired the wrong person for the job faster than the other
Keepers test: you fail, you get 4 months of severance but you are let go right away Pip: you are not let go right away and you might be able to turn it around but highly unlikely.
