This bothers me a lot. My keyboard is the traditional ergonomic 101 key type. If I center in the middle between ty-gh-bn, my mouse is far to the right which makes using the mouse a pain. If I move the keyboard to the left so I can use the mouse in a more comfortable position, my arms are skewed to the left. why can't someone just design a keyboard to have those number keys to the left? I use the number/arrow keys but not a lot. I would like to keep them. I tried keyboards with separate numeric keypad. It didn't work out very well. There are fancy mechanical keyboards that do not have those number/arrow keys, but I cannot find a curved (ergonomic) one. What's your keyboard/mouse setup?
Did you hear about layoffs at Amazon?
Get a different layout keyboard, like 75% or TKL.
Ergo keyboards are a meme. I went 60% and never went back. More desk space and not making you ridiculously far away from your mouse
Use a 60% or a split (Helix, Ergodox or some derivative). You’ll have your mouse barely to the side of your hand.
