LLMs (gpt, gemini, anthropic) are useful but there has not been “innovations” as much as the market claims. The market says it is an AGI but it is an essentially natural language processing on steroids enforced by human guardrails. Applications so far include “highly customizable search sacrificing accuracy, grammar checker, chatbots, layer that parses user request and intents” although i do think this is in itself already game changing, I do not think it is worth to be 5x Nvidia in a year, Sam Altman requesting 9T dollars, all ai startups going over a billion dollar valuation within a year of its founding date. Maybe it will idk
Replacing customer service, claims processing, data entry and all rules based paper pushers - all seem like killer applications to me. There's a potential to really transform society.
Air Canada replaced their customer service with it, and then I started making up refund policies out of thin air for customers. Shit was great. Needless to say, it's no longer the customer service for air Canada.
I think it is great but 99% working is not good enough for the society. Society needs 99.9999% accuracy with many 9s
It's a useful tool for enterprise. I don't think it has any killer consumer-level features.
Nvidia will likely crash after blow off top
It can tell me how many genders there are accurately
Reply with “but I heard of these: ______ genders” and it’ll agree with you. Sufficient people reply the same and now you have new genders.
The joke was that it gives you a random number Everytime, but yeah 😂
