How is this 1600 sq ft home in Kirkland 1.6M? So little space for such a high price. https://redf.in/DiIWBb
It's small, that's why it's cheap
Small lot but high end finish, seems about right in this area.
What do you mean? Those are home depot finishes.
Come on at least not old home for $1.5M.
Fugly .. I never understood the appeal of a ground level picture window next to the closet shitter.. imagine you doing your thing and the landscaping crew walks around. What do you do? Smile and wave?
exterior body looks like a makeshift refuge camp material.
Agreed.. they ran out of money for the garage door and replaced the panels with plastic.
Normal price - might even be more by the end of next year.
New construction is scam. So it is overpriced
Good luck building yourself in 2 years.
Kirkland has great schools and a lovely downtown. That's why people want to live there. It's smaller and cozier than Bellevue, homier than Redmond, quieter than Seattle, closer commute than Bothell. You don't have to live there but it's a nice town.
💯

Wtf
Oh boy, you’ve found the winner.
No
You must be new around here.
Yes, but larger homes in the area and outside of Kirkland seem like much better values. What makes Kirkland so special other than a Google office?
You already said it’s got a google office…
