If you are in India, Microsoft requires L62 minimum for L1. Amazon seems to have the same or even higher bar also since SWE2s at Amazon India ask for a referral to Microsoft in US rather than doing L1
Didn’t understand this. Are you saying its easier to get referral to MSFT US than transfer within AMZN? Just trying to understand the statement
